There, she oversaw the customer experience (CX) through the website’s front-end (including the transition to Shopify 2.0), email automation, digital advertising, social media, review program, instructions, how-to video, branding and copywriting for print, on-site and digital ads. Today she shares her knowledge and experience with clients through Fresh Eyes On Your Site and as a Fractional Marketing Director. She’s passionate about brand building and supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses as they grow.
